What you’re booking

Entertainment your guests remember.

  1. Nobody has to be a good sport.

Volunteers come from wherever they’re sitting and go back looking sharper than when they came up. Anyone who’d rather just watch is left alone.

  2. Made for a business audience.

Kostya wears a suit, keeps his material clean, and finds the humor in the situation, never at a guest’s expense.

  3. It fits the room you actually have.

Kostya has performed at loud receptions with no stage, in seated ballrooms with a full production rig, and on video calls.

  4. You don’t have to take his word for it.

Kostya fooled Penn & Teller on national television, and you can watch the clip yourself.

The shows

A corporate magic show, in three formats.

Which one fits depends on the room, the run of show and whether everyone is in the same building.

  1. 01 Group Magic Show
  2. 02 Interactive Close-Up Magic
  3. 03 Virtual Magic Show

  • One to three hours, group by group

  • Guests take part from wherever they are
  • No travel and no venue to book

Why planners book him

What you get.

A room full of people having a good time.

Guests laugh, gasp, and turn to each other to ask how he did it.

Nobody gets embarrassed.

Volunteers are made to look good, and senior people are treated with extra care.

Your guests talk to each other.

Guests who’ve just watched the same trick start comparing notes, which gives your team an easy opening with clients.

One less thing on your run sheet.

He arrives early, walks the room, talks to your AV team before doors, and sends promotional copy and images for your internal comms.

A backup plan is built in.

If your date is taken or you need six performers at once, See Magic Live, the booking company Kostya founded, works with vetted magicians across the country and stands behind every booking.

Planning

How it works.

  1. 01 · You send the date.

Send your date and you’ll hear from Kostya’s team within one hour during business hours, with his availability or the questions the team needs answered before quoting.

  2. 02 · A short call.

Who is in the room, what the evening is for, and where the show sits in your run of show. Ten minutes is usually enough.

  3. 03 · We send everything.

Technical requirements, promotional copy and images for your internal comms, and an intro for your emcee.

On the day, he arrives early for sound check, walks the room, and talks to your AV team before doors.

Questions

What planners ask.

Is this going to be cheesy?

No. His material is clean, and the laughs come from what happens in the room, never from a guest. He has performed for Netflix, Medtronic and Humana.

Is it magic or mentalism?

Both. Mentalism is a big part of his corporate shows, so you’re booking a corporate mentalist as well as a magician. Kostya calls it theatrical mindreading: he appears to read guests’ minds and predict their choices, and he tells the room up front that it’s a performance.

What if our guests don’t want to participate?

Nobody is made to. Volunteers never stay on their feet longer than they want to, and anyone who’d rather just watch is left alone.

Do you need a stage?

No. Group shows run from a full production stage, a small riser, or the front of the room with nothing at all. Close-up magic needs no stage, no sound and no lighting, and works in a loud room.

How long does it run?

A group show is thirty to sixty minutes, scaled to your run of show. Close-up magic runs one to three hours, working the room group by group. Both can be combined across one evening.

What does it cost?

Fees vary with format, date and travel. Send your event details and you’ll hear from Kostya’s team within one hour during business hours; a specific quote follows once the format, date and travel are clear.

What if the date is taken, or we need several magicians?

Kostya founded See Magic Live, a booking company that works with vetted magicians and mentalists across the country. If your reception needs six performers at once, your date is already booked, or your budget works differently, his team there will find the right people and stand behind the booking. Kostya personally selects every performer on the roster.

Will it work for a hybrid or remote audience?

Yes. The virtual show is built for it: broadcast from a studio, with your guests holding their own cards at their own desks.
