Meet The Business Magician
Kostya Kimlat didn’t start on Fortune 500 stages.
When he was nine years old, his Ukrainian-born family arrived in the United States as Soviet refugees, starting over with almost nothing. After seeing a magic special on TV, Kostya was captivated. His father invested $160, a significant sum for new Americans, in an 8-volume magic book set so his son could learn.
That $160 investment led to performances in hundreds of cities across five continents. To training executives at NASA, AT&T, Siemens, and Sysco. To founding See Magic Live, a company that trains and books magicians for events nationwide. To leading the team of magicians for the NBA’s Orlando Magic.
And to fooling Penn & Teller on their hit TV show Fool Us, creating one of the show’s most viral moments and earning Penn Jillette’s public praise as “one of the best magicians we have in the world today.”
Through hundreds of corporate performances, Kostya saw how the best companies lead, motivate, and connect with their people. He built his keynote practice to share what magicians understand intuitively: perception shapes every interaction, and mastering it changes everything.
